Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to railway construction, maintenance, signalling, telecom, electrification, track works, or civil works.

- Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and railway authorities.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work completion reports.

- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.





- Attend project meetings and provide updates on work progress.

- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities as required.

Ensure adherence to Railway safety guidelines and project procedures

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 8 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects.

- Experience in track works, signalling, telecom, electrification, OHE, station development, or railway civil projects preferred.

- Familiarity with railway standards, safety protocols, and project documentation.
