Job Title: Field Sales Trainer

Job Summary

The Field Sales Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, Monitoring and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets. The role focuses on bridging knowledge gaps, conducting structured training programs, and ensuring effective on-ground execution through continuous monitoring and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

1)Training & Knowledge Management

Identify and bridge knowledge gaps within the sales team

Deliver product, process, and tool-based training

Conduct on-field training sessions

Demonstrate end-to-end sales process and product usage

2)On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Provide hands-on field training to recent joiners and existing team members

Ensure team readiness before assigning stores independently

Support team in improving sales pitch, objection handling, and conversions

3)Field Coaching & Store Visits





Conduct field visits along with the sales team

Observe sales activities and provide real-time coaching

Intervene to improve performance wherever required

Ensure effective execution of sales strategies at store level

4)Performance Evaluation & Assessments

Conduct weekly assessments on product knowledge and sales skills

Evaluate team performance based on Team targets and process adherence

Track individual progress and improvement areas

5)Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Provide structured feedback post field visits and assessments

Identify recurring challenges and address them through training

Work closely with managers to improve team performance

6)Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of training sessions, OJT, and assessments

Track store visits, performance metrics, and target achievement

Share regular reports with stakeholders on training effectiveness
