Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell fire alarm and fire safety products/services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, visiting customers and project sites, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, contractors, consultants, and other sources.
- Visit commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, offices, hospitals, hotels, residential projects, and construction sites to identify sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell fire alarm systems, fire detection systems, fire safety equipment, AMC, installation, and related services.
- Meet builders, contractors, electrical contractors, consultants, facility managers, purchase managers, and project managers.
- Understand customer/project requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to convert leads into orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify upcoming construction and fire safety projects in the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the installation/service team for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups,



quotations, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fire alarm, fire safety, electrical, security systems, or related technical sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of fire alarm products and basic technical concepts will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the local market and project locations.
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred/required.

Salary & Benefits Salary: As per the interview + Sales Incentives
