We are looking for 2–3 energetic and confident Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our premium skincare and derma products. The role involves visiting beauty salons, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, dermatology clinics, and residential areas to generate sales and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote skincare and beauty products.

- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Visit beauty salons, cosmetic shops, pharmacies, and dermatology clinics regularly.

- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and end customers.

- Collect customer feedback and market insights.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Submit daily sales and visit reports.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduate preferred.





- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.

- Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting and communication.
