Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of our products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the life insurance industry, with a track record of success.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software applications.

- Robust understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
