- *Retail focus: BlackSoil plans to leverage this acquisition to target retail consumers, offering an average solar loan ticket size between 3 lakh to 5 lakh.

- *Generate new business by visiting merchant locations and building robust partner relationships.

- *Handl post-disbursal document collection, EMI collections (0–60 DPD), and installation audits.

- *Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

- *Basic understanding of lending/solar industry is an added advantage.
