We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Experience in LED display solutions, AV solutions, digital signage, or technology sales is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across various industries.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and submit management reports.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and lead generation activities.

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to improve performance and productivity.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to develop business strategies.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA is preferred.

- 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Experience in LED Display, AV Solutions, Digital Signage, IT, Electronics, or B2B solution sales is preferred.
