– Franchise EBO Sales Executive Job Summary An EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) Franchise Sales Executive is primarily responsible for driving retail revenue, maintaining visual brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Build robust relationships with franchise partners. Conduct regular business review calls and store visits. Ensure franchisees comply with company policies and SOPs. Ensure proper product display as per category, size, colour, and collection.

Maintain store layout and Plan customer flow according Peak Hours. Ensure mannequins are dressed with the latest collections. Coordinate with the teams for new product launches. Tracking store stock, managing replenishment, and minimizing product shrinkage.
