We re looking for a passionate and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of musical instruments to retailers schools institutions B2B The ideal candidate should have an understanding of music and instruments strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude Key Responsibilities Visit music stores schools colleges and other potential clients to promote and sell musical instruments to B2B Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers distributors and retailers Demonstrate instruments where applicable and explain features and pricing Identify new markets and customer segments in your assigned territory Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams Conduct or support product workshops and promotional events Maintain daily reports and update CRM sales tracking tools Requirements Bachelor s degree 1-3 years of experience in field sales experience in music or electronics industry preferred Basic understanding or interest in musical instruments training will be provided Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and result-oriented Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Own a two-wheeler preferred and smartphone What We Offer Fixed salary attractive incentives on sales Travel and mobile reimbursements Training on products and customer handling Prospect to work with a passionate team in the music industry Career growth opportunities within the company Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
