Job Title: Field Sales Officer Jaipur

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Officer to expand our business presence in Rajasthan. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Polyhouses, Net Houses, Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler Irrigation, and Pond Development. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in the agriculture or irrigation sector.

This is a field-based role that requires regular visits to farmers, dealers, consultants, and project sites to generate business and establish a robust customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities across Rajasthan through field visits.
- Meet farmers, dealers, FPOs, consultants, and institutional customers.
- Promote and sell Polyhouse, Net House, Irrigation, Pond Development, and other protected cultivation solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers.
- Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution.




- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional events whenever required.
- Develop and expand the company’s market presence in Rajasthan through consistent field engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (agriculture/irrigation preferred).
- Good knowledge of Polyhouse, Net House, Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler Irrigation, and Pond Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
