Job Summary

National Carriers Corporation (NCC) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within the logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or supply chain industry.

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively for client meetings, business development activities, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Identify and acquire current B2B clients for logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and supply chain services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Prepare daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and MIS reports.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, pending proposals, and outstanding payments.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, trade events, and networking programs.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support.

Required Skills
- Strong Field Sales & Business Development experience.
- B2B Sales and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Skilled Email Writing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirement
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, CHA, Export-Import, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industry is mandatory.
- Strong B2B sales experience with proven client acquisition skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client meetings.
- Candidates with a valid driving licence and their own vehicle will be preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance (CHA), Export-Import, Warehousing, Courier & Express, or Supply Chain Management will be highly preferred.
