– Position: Field Sales Executive - Mumbai Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full‑time

Positions Required: 4 (Western - 2 | Central - 1 | Harbour - 1)

Experience Required: 2+ years in Sales

Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA

Qualification: B.Pharmacy, D.Pharmacy will be preferred or Graduation/12th with good Sales Experience

Working Hours: 09:30 am – 02:00 pm - Break (Clinics Closed) - 04:00 pm – 08:30 pm

Note: Travel Allowance will be provided, Having your own Bike is mandatory Key Responsibilities -

Monthly targets: Achieve and manage assigned sales goals.

Doctor relations: Establish solid connections with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and top 20 pediatric dentists in city.

CRM management: Maintain and update CRM software regularly.

Workshops & training: Organize monthly workshops and hands‑on training programs with KOLs.

Competitor analysis:



Conduct competitor analysis and submit monthly growth reports.

Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, CRM updates, and expense claims on time.

Doctor onboarding: Meet daily visit targets, onboard new doctors, and maintain strong relations with existing ones. Must-Have Skills -

Communication skills – English, Hindi, and local language proficiency.
