Delhi Steel, a 30-year-old steel trading company based in Faridabad, is hiring a Field Sales Executive for site visits and business development.
Responsibilities: Visit construction sites, meet builders, contractors, and site engineers daily across Faridabad and NCR Build relationships with architects and engineers for referral business Generate current leads and follow up to convert them into orders Maintain a daily record of sites visited and share simple daily reports on WhatsApp Represent the company professionally at every site visit Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Age 22–30 years Should be based in Faridabad/NCR and familiar with the local area Prior field sales experience (building materials, cement, pipes, hardware, tiles, paint) preferred Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn can also apply Comfortable with target-based incentive pay, not fixed salary only
