Position Overview

Policybazaar is seeking confident, agile, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Delhi & Gurugram . This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Metrics

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Compensation: INR 3 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives(Depends on the Experience and Interview)
- Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome
- Work Location: Delhi/Gurugram(Depend on the Location you are Hired For)

Interview Mode: Virtual Interviews are allowed Candidate Must be a Resident of Delhi/Gurugram

Bike and Driving License are Must

Profile: Field Sales Executive

- Generate new customer leads through field activities.
- Meet prospective customers.
- Explain insurance products according to customer requirements.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.





Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
- Experience Level: 0 to 8 years of experience. Prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
- Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Core Attributes: Quick learner, result-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
