Position: Field Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Andhra Pradesh, Tirupati Job Type: Full-Time About the RoleArkazen Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions. Candidates should be passionate about direct sales, customer engagement, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing activities. Meet potential customers and explain rooftop solar solutions, pricing, EMI options, and government subsidies. Conduct customer site visits and coordinate with the technical team.

Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit records, and follow-up updates. Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.

EligibilityIntermediate (12th Pass), Diploma, or Any Graduate.



Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales or Direct Sales is mandatory.

Experience in Solar, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Real Estate, or any target-based sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license . Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
