Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to represent our company in the market, build strong customer relationships, and generate business opportunities. The role involves regular travel to educational institutions, sports organizations, dealers, and customer locations, as well as representing the company at exhibitions and sporting events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit schools, colleges, universities, and sports academies to promote our products.
- Meet existing and prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Attend sports events, exhibitions, tournaments, and promotional activities on behalf of the company.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and institutional buyers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the office team for quotations, order processing, and customer support.
- Identify recent markets and business opportunities within the assigned territory.




- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and events.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone-based reporting.
- A valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in sports goods, fitness equipment, institutional sales, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
- Existing network with schools, colleges, sports academies, or government institutions is a plus.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,508.48 - ₹30,108.66 per month
