Key ResponsibilitiesVisit wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and prospective customers regularly. Generate recent leads and convert them into active customers. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

Promote and explain company products, pricing, schemes, and offers. Present product samples and catalogues to customers. Collect customer requirements and generate sales orders. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.

Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments. Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities. Provide daily visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Maintain proper records of customer meetings, orders, collections, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and management teams for order processing and delivery. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Handle company samples and other sales assets responsibly. Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development. Follow company policies regarding travel, expenses, reporting, attendance, and customer handling.
