*Source and hire Delivery Executives through field visits, local references, job portals, and recruitment drives. *Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews. *Coordinate with Hub Incharges and Operations teams to understand hiring requirements. *Ensure timely closure of open positions. *Follow up with selected candidates until joining and onboarding. *Maintain daily hiring reports and candidate records. *Build a robust pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. *Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
