Role Overview

Nello is looking for a Field Recruiter who enjoys being on the ground, building relationships, and connecting with local communities. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting quality caregivers through field outreach, referrals, and community networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field outreach to source live-in nannies and caregivers across Bangalore.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, set up stalls, handle distribution of posters, connect with NGOs, and community leaders.
- Generate candidate referrals through existing networks and grassroots outreach.
- Identify and develop current sourcing channels to strengthen Nello's caregiver pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and collect required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
- Be part of building Nello's field recruitment team from the ground up,



helping establish scalable sourcing channels and community partnerships.

Role Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in blue-collar field recruitment, field sourcing, or community hiring .

- Prior experience recruiting domestic workers, caregivers, housekeeping staff, delivery partners, or other frontline workforce is highly preferred.
- Strong local community reach,referral partners, or community leaders.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable travelling across Bangalore for regular field visits.
- Fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong advantage.

- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
