Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development &

- Client Relationships (Primary Focus)

- Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure recent business opportunities and client accounts across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and surrounding NCR hubs.

- Lead Generation: Conduct aggressive on-the-ground market research, competitor analysis, and field mapping to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

- Account Management: Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with key regional clients to minimize churn and maximize account value.

- Revenue Driving: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets set by senior management.

Team Leadership &

- Performance Management

- Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, and train field employees with a heavy focus on professional communication, client handling, and code of conduct.

- Performance Tracking: Set daily KPIs, monitor team productivity,



and evaluate performance data to implement strategies that boost overall efficiency.

- Operational Support: Act as the main point of contact for the field team, solving problems rapidly to ensure zero disruption in client service.

Operational &

- Activity Oversight

- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and field inspections to ensure services match client agreements and corporate quality standards.

- Cost Efficiency: Oversee daily field activities to ensure operations remain highly cost-effective, profitable, and within budget.

Administrative &

- Reporting

- Tech Usage: Use field application software for tracking Field performance

- Executive Reporting: Analyse performance data and prepare structured revenue, lead status, and operational progress reports for senior management.
