Position Summary :
1. To manage Site Administration and to manage, monitor & control all logistic flow in repair center.
2. Maintaining and monitoring the inventory within the bonded stores in accordance with 145 and THALES requirements.
3. To perform the receiving inspection /shipping and addressing of work order to repair shop for unserviceable units.
4. Maintaining all necessary maintenance /calibration strategies and contracts for test benches, equipment, and tools.
Key Figures :
1. Support the implementation of yearly workshop maintenance investments and management of cost center means related expenditure.
2. Planning for MYB budget for workshop maintenance investments and means related expenditure.

1. The work requires liaison with people of different level, different countries and culture so good interpersonal and communication skills is a must to succeed.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities : A. Logistic
I. Receiving and Shipping
1. Receiving of unserviceable parts
2. Receiving of serviceable subcon parts returning
3. Receiving of SRU/PPT for bonded store
4. Management of Quarantine (include highlighting & photo-taking on any discrepancy or anomaly on physical detected to C3 / SCM team in-charge for incoming)
5. Final Packing for Export / Shipment
6. Serviceable unit shipping out
7. Unserviceable unit subcon out
8. Export Control
9. Handling of DG
10. Inventory post out for approved out-going order shipment
11. Shipment Booking and Arrangement
12. Filing of all related shipping / incoming document
13. Packaging material & stationery (e.g. papers, printer cartridge, etc) monitoring and replenishment
14. Workplace 5S
15. Monitoring and arrangement of calibration / servicing for essential equipment (e.g. weighing scale, material handling equipment, if any)
II. Back Office
1. In-Shop Order Creation
2. Out-of-shop Order Creation + PO creation
3. Invoicing
4. Order Closure and goods receipt
5. Request for Scrap of SE Asia Stocks (Eg. BER units - Raise Remedy Force)
6. ZSN (PN + SN creation in SAP)
7. Workflow Requests (send workflow requests to France for PN extension, plant extension, etc)
8.
Highlighting of document / data discrepancy issue (from customer incoming) to C3/Exchange Team
9. Request to Finance for unblocking (send email to Sandeep to release blockage)
10. Filing of documents
III. Bonded Store
1. Moving the parts to the workshop
2. Picking
3. GR for new incoming & Binning to storage
4. Inventory Management (e.g. Inventory Storage 5S, Cycle-count, Support Inventory Audit, etc)
5. Issuing of serviceable PPT/SRU to the workshop
6. Exchange of serviceable PPT/SRU back to the bonded store
7. SRU Exchanged to Back Office processing
8. Inner packing for Sales Order (direct to customer) and transferring ready parts to Shipping station
9. Packaging material & stationery monitoring and replenishment
10. Monitoring and arrangement of calibration / servicing for essential equipment (e.g. weighing scale, material handling equipment, ESD packing station, if any) - SIN is monitored & arranged by M&T;
11. Filing of all related Bonded store/order document
12. Scrap of PPT/SRU and LRU
IV. General Responsibilities
1. Manage and optimize MRO inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing excess.
2. Coordinate with vendors for procurement of MRO supplies, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
3. Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to understand MRO requirements and streamline procurement processes.
5. Maintain accurate records of repair orders, Invoices, inventory, transactions
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
7. Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
8. Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgetary aspects related to MRO activities.
9.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all MRO processes.
10. Ensure to adhere the timelines for different task like creation of repair orders / purchase orders.
11. Identify and record parts considered as "customer induced damage."
12. Raising Serviceable / Unserviceable tags.
13. Quarantine of goods with discrepancies.
14. Ensure packaging as per ATA standards of Line-Replaceable Units (LRUs) and components for onward handover
15. Produce and present various MRO reports including reports on order status, KPIs
Requirements:
Education
A. Diploma/ Degree in Engineering Discipline (Preferably: Aircraft /aeronautical, Electrical /Electronics)
B. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
C. Must have completed the mandatory training courses (such as CAR 145, Safety training including HF etc. ESDS, FOD and Dangerous Goods)
D. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
E. Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g. SAP /AMOS) and logistics tools.
F. Leadership skills with the ability to manage.
G. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in MRO activities.
H. Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Experience
A. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Aviation 145 MRO logistics /Stores, or a similar role including 1-2 years of handling aircraft components experience is desirable
B. Experience in aviation industry will be added advantage
Specific Knowledge
Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making are required.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills
Self -motivated and able to work within tight/ assigned timelines
Conduct with professionalism with positive interpersonal skills and customer focused
Business Understanding
Open to understand the Departments stakes, critical needs and key activities to ensure obtainment of companys objectives
Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
Exposure in a multi-cultural environment in an international business organization beneficial
