We are expanding our operations across Odisha and are looking for dedicated Field Recovery Executives who are passionate about field work and building positive customer relationships. Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their assigned locations to collect overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner.

Communicate clearly with customers regarding pending dues and available payment options. Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets while maintaining high service standards. Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and daily field visits.

Submit daily reports and update collection status through the company's reporting system. Ensure all collections are deposited as per company guidelines. Coordinate with the internal operations team for case updates and issue resolution.

Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions.

Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification:



10th Pass / PUC / Any Graduate Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Good communication and negotiation skills. Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory. Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented. Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications is preferred. Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be given preference.
