– Field Associate (Political Research) Position: Field Associate (FA) – Political Research Location: Goa Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience) ? Role Overview We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Associates to support political research activities across Goa. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, gathering ground-level insights, interacting with stakeholders, and collecting accurate data to support research and campaign strategies. ? Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys and interviews across assigned locations. Collect and verify political, social, and demographic data.

Engage with local communities, voters, and stakeholders. Gather ground-level feedback and public sentiment. Prepare field reports and share timely updates with the research team. Travel extensively within Goa as per project requirements.

Ensure accurate and reliable data collection. Coordinate with the central research team for project execution.



? Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1–4 years in Field Research, Survey Operations, Political Research, Market Research, or related fields.

Education: Graduate preferred.

Language: Marathi is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage Must possess a valid 2-Wheeler Driving License. Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field. ? Required Skills Political Research Field Survey &
