Role Description The Field Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly. This position is responsible for daily field operations, including coordinating booth-level activities, engaging with local communities, and gathering voter feedback and insights.

Associate will support campaign planning by collecting and reporting data from the ground, assisting in organizing events and meetings, and ensuring timely execution of outreach plans. This role works closely with senior campaign strategists to implement grassroots initiatives, monitor progress in assigned areas, and maintain accurate documentation of field activities.
