Role & responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and control all fettling and finishing activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor rejection, rework, consumable usage, and productivity; implement improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and develop supervisors, operators, and helpers.
- Coordinate with Melting, Moulding, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of fettling equipment and optimize machine utilization.
- Enforce safety regulations, PPE compliance, and 5S practices.
- Review daily production reports, KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
