Job Summary The Lady Steward is responsible for delivering outstanding service to guests or passengers maintaining cleanliness and order and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment She represents the organization with professionalism poise and efficiency Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests or passengers courteously and professionally Serve food and beverages adhering to hygiene and safety standards Ensure guest areas cabins rooms dining areas are clean and well-maintained Provide information and attend to guest needs and complaints promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen staff for smooth service operations Monitor inventory of supplies and report shortages Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures Maintain grooming and etiquette standards at all times Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent diploma in hospitality is a plus Prior experience in hospitality aviation cruise or event services preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality and neat grooming Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 21 07 2025
