Eligibility Criteria: 5+ years in waste management, plastic recycling, or bulk material handling.
Key Responsibility:-
- Contamination Screening: Implement a zero-tolerance policy for PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and PET to prevent acid production and equipment corrosion.
- Moisture Management: Ensure all incoming plastic is dried. High moisture causes "steam spikes" in the reactor that can trigger emergency relief valves.
- Material Sizing: Supervise the shredding process to ensure the plastic is reduced to the specific size required for the Best on screw feeders.
- Throughput Consistency: Maintain the continuous feed rate of approximately 2530 TPD to ensure the reactor remains in a steady thermal state.
- Nitrogen Sealing: Coordinate with the DBPN Nitrogen Generator team to ensure the feeding hopper is properly purged with Nitrogen to prevent oxygen from entering the reactor during material intake.
- Silage Management:
Manage the "Raw Material Storage" area to ensure "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) processing, preventing material degradation.
- Shredder & Conveyor Health: Oversee the daily lubrication and blade-sharpening schedules for the pre-processing machinery.
- Screw Feeder Integrity: Monitor the feeding screw for "bridging" (clogging) or wear. Ensure the water-cooling jacket on the feeder is functional to prevent plastic from melting prematurely in the screw.
- Earthing Safety: Ensure all conveyors and shredders are connected to the "Structural Earth Grid" to prevent static buildup during the movement of dry plastic.
- Dust Control: Implement dust-extraction protocols in the shredding area to prevent combustible dust explosions.
- Fire Prevention: Maintain transparent access to fire suppression equipment in the storage warehouse.
- Housekeeping: Ensure the "ISBL" (Inside Battery Limits) feeding zone is kept free of loose plastic debris.
