Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and service-oriented F&B; Waiters/Waitresses to join our Resto Bar team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to provide exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed Resto Bar, Restaurant or Hotel.
- Hotel Management qualification (Diploma/Degree/BHM) is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam will be an added advantage).
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables professionally.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Suggest menu items and upsell food, beverages, cocktails and promotions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and complaints.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
- Prepare mise en place before the start of service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest bills and payment procedures accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens and beverage list.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards and service etiquette.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Work as a team to achieve daily sales targets and enhance the guest experience.
