Auramah Valley is looking for a customer-focused F&B; Service Associate to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure guests receive professional, courteous, and personalized service.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
Restaurant Operations
- Prepare tables before service and transparent them after meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
- Ensure proper table setup according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Food & Beverage Service
- Serve food and beverages following standard service procedures.
- Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest requirements throughout the dining experience.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow FSSAI and company hygiene standards at all times.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper handling of guest payments.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support colleagues during busy service periods.
- Attend departmental briefings and training sessions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in F&B; Service, Restaurants, Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality.
