Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the daily work of the meat shop.

- Make sure meat is fresh, clean, and of good quality.

- Check stock and order meat from suppliers when needed.

- Lead and supervise shop staff and delivery boys.

- Increase sales by visiting homes, apartments, restaurants, hotels, and local shops.

- Do door-to-door marketing to find new customers.

- Build good relationships with regular customers.

- Know the local meat market, prices, and customer demand.

- Plan offers and promotions to attract more customers.

- Ensure customer orders are packed and delivered on time.

- Handle customer complaints politely and solve problems.

- Keep the shop clean and follow food safety and hygiene rules.

- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.

- Work to achieve monthly sales targets and business growth.

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of the meat market.

- Experience in door-to-door marketing and sales.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Leadership and team management.

- Basic computer and billing knowledge.

- Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
