Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Faculty / Trainer Business Communication to deliver high-quality training in business communication skills to students. The ideal candidate should have practical corporate training experience or a strong communication training background, with the ability to enhance students’ professional communication and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging sessions on Business Communication, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

• Train students in professional communication, presentation skills, business writing, email etiquette, and workplace communication.

• Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, role plays, and group activities.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve communication skills.

• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

• Collaborate with faculty members to ensure consistent quality and effective course delivery.

• Support students in improving confidence, public speaking, interview communication, and professional etiquette.





• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

Criteria • Master’s degree in Communication, Business Communication, Mass Communication, Management, Human Resources, Training & Development, or any relevant discipline.

• Solid communication and presentation skills are essential.

Experience • 3–8 years of relevant experience in Business Communication training, corporate communication training, employability skills training, or higher education teaching/training.

• Experience in Skill Development Centres, Learning & Development functions, or corporate training environments is preferred.

• Candidates with hands-on practical training experience will be given preference.

Required Skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Expertise in Business Communication, Business Writing, Email Etiquette, Presentation Skills, and Workplace Communication.

• Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
