- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and project customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories.
- Promote the company's silicone sealants and related products through customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitor activities, pricing, and new market trends.
- Coordinate with the technical team to provide product recommendations and application support.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer credit.
- Monitor stock availability at distributor and dealer locations.
- Organize promotional activities, training sessions, and product awareness programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and develop business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
