Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Voice & Chat Blended Process. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in the customer service industry.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will interact with customers through voice calls and chat, resolve their queries efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria





- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduates and graduates are eligible.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Shift Timings

- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational evening/night shifts.
