Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, accuracy, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Process payroll and related statutory deductions.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.




- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Hindi Mandatory
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
