Key Responsibilities

- Ensure round-the-clock security of factory premises.
- Control entry & exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain gate security registers and verification records.
- Supervise security guards and shifts

Material & Asset

- Monitor movement of gold, diamonds, silver, stones, and jewelry.
- Cross-check inward & outward material movement.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, and unauthorized handling.
- Coordinate during dispatch & receipt of high-value consignments.

Emergency Handling (Handle emergencies like)

- Theft
- Fire
- Medical emergencies
- Riots / disturbance
- Coordinate with:
- Police
- Fire brigade
- Emergency services

Documentation & Reporting

- Daily security reports
- Incident reports
- Visitor logs
- Material movement records
- Night duty reports

Discipline & Compliance

- Enforce company discipline and security SOPs
- Conduct security drills and awareness sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies & legal norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
