Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support end-to-end software lifecycle activities including technical analysis, system evaluation, documentation, testing, deployment, implementation, and production support. The candidate will work closely with development and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze technical requirements and prepare solution approaches.
- Review application architecture, system workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Coordinate with Development, DevOps, UI/UX, and Infrastructure teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, workflows, specifications, and reports.
- Support software testing, UAT, issue tracking, and defect management.
- Perform technical root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Monitor application performance and system reliability.
- Prepare API specifications, data mapping documents, and technical workflows.
- Maintain project documentation throughout the software lifecycle.

- Master's Degree (M.Tech / ME / MCA / MSc Computer Science / Information Technology) Mandatory.
