Position

Chef de Partie (CDP)

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Location

PVR INOX – Utopia Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore

PVR INOX – VR Mall, Bangalore

Qualification (Mandatory)

Any 3-Year Bachelor's Degree or

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) or

Any 3-Year Diploma

Experience

Relevant experience as a CDP/DCDP in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or QSRs is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per company standards.

Manage your kitchen section efficiently.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth kitchen operations.

Train and support junior kitchen staff.





Ensure timely food preparation and excellent food presentation.

Skills Required

Strong culinary knowledge and cooking techniques.

Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for food quality and customer satisfaction.
