We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our immigration office. The ideal candidate will oversee staff management, client relations, business development, and operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality immigration consulting services for clients and corporate partners.

The Branch Manager will play a key role in driving branch growth, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and team performance
- Supervise immigration counselors, visa filing staff, and administrative employees
- Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions
- Ensure accurate handling of immigration applications, documentation, and compliance procedures
- Monitor branch targets, revenue, and operational KPIs
- Train, motivate,



and evaluate staff performance regularly

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in immigration, visa consultancy, or branch operations
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
