The Engineer WAF (F5) L2 will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions using F5 technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of web security principles and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and configure F5 WAF solutions to protect web applications from threats.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents to ensure optimal performance and security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements and provide recommendations.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide Level 2 support for WAF-related incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
- Document processes, configurations, and security policies for compliance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in web application security, specifically with F5 WAF technologies.
- Strong understanding of web application vulnerabilities and security best practices.
- Experience with network protocols,
firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Key Competencies

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
