Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Placement Manager to build corporate partnerships, generate placement opportunities, and ensure successful student placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with IT companies, startups, and recruitment agencies.
- Generate job and internship opportunities through corporate outreach.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and hiring events.
- Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Match student profiles with suitable job opportunities.
- Maintain employer databases, placement records, and reports.
- Collaborate with training teams to improve student employability.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing,



or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
- Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Staffing, or IT Recruitment is preferred.

Skills

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Corporate networking and business development expertise.
- Knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
