Your Role and Responsibilities

Design, develop and execute test cases-based requirements and user stories.
Define and prepare test data and test environments to support testing.
Maintain and enhance manual test suites to stay current with new product features.
Troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing, triage and root cause analysis and feedback to the Development team.
Ensure that our software components are developed and thoroughly tested following best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1+ years of IT industry experience (Product testing experience will drive some additional points).
Self-starter, quick learner who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced workplace.
Experience with all testing types: black box, white box, regression, integration.




Hands-on experience in authoring and executing the test scenarios/test cases manually.
Experience to work in enterprise-level web and mobile-based applications.
Ability to understand and clearly document complex multi-faceted technical issues.
Communicate Code Quality metrics to all stakeholders and work with developers to track and fix defects.
Good to have experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter, quick learner who enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Complete understanding of manual testing aspects.
