Job Title: Billing Executive
Industry: Steel Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare Sales Invoices, Tax Invoices, E-Invoices, Delivery Challans and E-Way Bills.
- Generate billing documents accurately as per customer purchase orders and dispatch details.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Stores and Accounts departments for timely billing.
- Verify customer PO, rates, GST details and dispatch quantities before invoice generation.
- Maintain billing records and update ERP/software on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory billing requirements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer invoice-related queries.
- Prepare debit notes, credit notes and other billing documents as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and dispatch records.
- Assist in monthly billing reports, MIS and reconciliation activities.
- Follow up with the dispatch team to ensure invoices are generated on time.




- Support the Accounts team during audits and documentation.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of GST, E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill generation.
- Experience with ERP software (SAP/Tally/Busy or any manufacturing ERP).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification:

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of billing experience, preferably in a steel/manufacturing industry.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in handling dispatch billing for steel products.
- Knowledge of transport documentation and logistics coordination.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
