Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will support US-based pharmacies by handling prescription processing, insurance billing, and prior authorization tasks while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and enter prescription orders into pharmacy management systems.
- Perform medical billing and insurance claim processing for US healthcare plans.
- Handle prior authorization requests and insurance verification.
- Review and resolve rejected insurance claims and billing errors.
- Communicate with US pharmacies, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy guidelines.
- Assist with refill requests and prescription status updates.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards for assigned tasks.





Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
- Willingness to work night shifts (US process)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Prior experience with prior authorization or pharmacy billing
