About the Role

Sona Star Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for engineering, healthcare, or corporate roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
