SAP Program Delivery Lead

Location: Bengaluru, 2 day onsite required MANDATORY

ARJ Global India is seeking an experienced Delivery SME / SAP Program Delivery Lead to drive successful execution of medium to large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in SAP platforms, retail domain processes, and end-to-end program delivery.

You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, driving execution across business and technology tracks, and ensuring successful go-lives with quality, speed, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Execution

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs from planning through go-live and hypercare.
- Build and manage integrated project plans covering business, technology, data, testing, and change management workstreams.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, stage gates, deliverables, and risk mitigation actions.
- Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and with high quality standards.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Stakeholder Management

- Identify key stakeholders and understand their needs, priorities, and expectations.
- Build strong working relationships with business leaders, clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Provide clear project reporting, governance updates, escalation management, and decision visibility.
- Manage stakeholder expectations proactively and maintain robust engagement throughout delivery.

SAP & Domain Leadership





- Apply strong knowledge of SAP platforms and business processes to guide teams toward effective solutions.
- Challenge delivery assumptions and vendor proposals using techno-functional expertise.
- Drive solution decisions balancing business value, cost efficiency, speed, and sustainability.
- Bring strong understanding of retail operations and transformation programs.

Problem Solving & Leadership

- Resolve complex delivery challenges using structured thinking and practical solutions.
- Make data-driven decisions quickly while aligning relevant teams and leaders.
- Handle critical situations with composure and accountability.
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and execution excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of proven experience delivering medium to large complex projects/programs across multiple countries.
- Strong experience in SAP program delivery with deep knowledge in at least one SAP module.
- Strong knowledge of SAP platform and retail domain.
- Demonstrated experience in managing global stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to create and manage large-scale project plans across technology, business, data, testing, and change streams.
- Strong risk management, governance, and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead hands-on when required.
