About Adstories

Adstories is a creative digital marketing agency helping brands build strong identities and stand out through social media, advertising and creative content.

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our remote team and create high-quality social media posters and marketing creatives for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posters for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Create designs based on the content, references and brand guidelines provided by our team.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography, layouts and overall brand identity.
- Make revisions based on client/team feedback.
- Deliver designs within the agreed deadlines.
- Handle multiple brand styles and adapt designs according to different industries.
- Create clean, modern and visually appealing designs rather than relying heavily on ready-made templates.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colours, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Good sense of up-to-date social media design.
- Ability to understand a brief and turn it into an attractive creative.
- Good attention to detail.




- Ability to work independently from home and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio is required.
- Freshers can apply if they have a strong portfolio and good design skills.

Payment

₹300 per approved poster/design.

Payment will be based on completed and approved designs.

There is potential for regular and consistent work based on design quality, speed, reliability and performance.

Work Process

- Adstories provides the content/brief and reference.
- Designer creates the poster.
- Design is submitted for review.
- Minor revisions, if required, are completed.
- Final approved design is counted for payment.
