We are looking for a high-agency Growth Intern who wants to learn by doing, not just by observing.

This role is for someone who is curious, fast, numbers-driven, and excited to run experiments across growth, marketing, sales, product, and customer insights. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, quick execution, and solving problems from first principles.

What You’ll Do

- Run growth experiments across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Research customers, markets, competitors, and trends to find growth opportunities.
- Work on outreach, lead generation, partnerships, campaigns, and community-building.
- Track numbers, analyze performance, and convert insights into action.
- Speak to customers, understand their needs, and bring feedback back into the business.
- Build easy systems, sheets, dashboards, and processes to improve execution.
- Test new ideas quickly, learn from failures, and double down on what works.
- Work closely with founders/team members on high-priority business problems.

Good to Have

- Prior internship, startup, sales, marketing, or creator/community experience.
- Comfort with Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, Canva, AI tools, CRM tools, or analytics tools.
- Interest in startups, growth, marketing, AI, content, or business strategy.
