Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Configure workflows, plugins, and Power Automate solutions.
- Integrate CRM with REST APIs and third-party systems.
- Perform testing, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Automate, and Power Plugins.
- Hands-on experience with CEM (Customer Engagement) modules.
- Experience with Azure services is preferred.
- Banking/BFSI domain experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST API integrations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
