1. Position : MIS Executive (Management Information System)

2. Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage

data reporting, maintain MIS systems, and provide accurate information for

effective decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for preparing

reports, analyzing operational data, coordinating with different departments,

and ensuring timely submission of reports for smooth factory operations.

3. Location

ALLENBY Factory, Jamuguri, Sonitpur

4. Core Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for factory operations.

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Track production, inventory, sales, and operational performance.
- Prepare dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with factory teams for accurate data collection and reporting.

5. Qualification Needed

Graduate in any discipline.



Candidates with BBA/B.Com/BCA or relevant

qualifications will be preferred.

6. Experience

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or

similar roles. Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment will be an

added advantage.

7. Skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas).

- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of MIS tools and reporting systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
