*LeoMantra Consultancy Services* is hiring an L1 Technical Support Field Engineer on behalf of our client. We are looking for candidates with strong troubleshooting skills who can provide on-site technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities: Provide in office desktop, laptop, and printer support. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software. Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic networking issues. Install and replace computer hardware and peripherals. Attend service calls at client locations within the assigned area. Maintain service reports and ensure timely issue resolution. Deliver excellent customer support and maintain professional communication.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or field support. Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, printers, and basic networking. Good communication and troubleshooting skills. Immediate joiners preferred. Willingness to travel to client locations.

Job Details: Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On the road (Field) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and last drawn CTC.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
